A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. This page lists every cookie myfreshtastekitchen.com uses, and there are fewer than you might expect.
If you only read
Nothing is set. A visitor who arrives, reads a recipe and leaves receives no cookie from this site.
If you leave a comment
The comment form offers a box to save your name and email address so you do not have to type them again. Ticking it stores three cookies, on your device only, for one year. Leaving it unticked stores nothing.
If you log in
Administrator login sets session cookies for the duration of the session. This does not concern readers.
Third-party cookies
As of the date above there are none. This site runs no analytics, no advertising network and no social tracking pixel. The only external resources any page loads are the web fonts and a link to our Pinterest profile — neither of which sets a cookie on this site. If an analytics or advertising service is added later, it will be named here before it goes live.
Refusing or deleting cookies
Every browser lets you block or clear cookies from its settings. Doing so will not stop you reading this site; at most, the comment form will forget your name.
