- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating
- Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat Oven, Grease Pan:
Set oven to 400°F (205°C). Coat a 12-cavity donut pan thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray.Whisk Dry Ingredients:
