- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/3 cup cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon dried red chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
