Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust
  • 2 cups pretzel twists
  • 6 tbsp salted butter melted (85 g)
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar (38 g)
Cheesecake Whipped Cream
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cheesecake instant pudding mix (3.4 oz) box, unprepared (96 g)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (30 g)
Strawberry Layer
  • 28 oz strawberry pie filling (about 2 cups needed)

Method
 

Pretzel Crust
  1. Transfer pretzels into a ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to break them into small fragments.
  2. Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
Cheesecake Whipped Cream
  1. Using an electric mixer in a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, pudding mix, and powdered sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Move this to a ziploc bag and cut a large slit in one corner.
Strawberry Layer
    Assembly
    1. Distribute about 2 tbsp of the pretzel crumb mixture into each of 7 (4 oz) mason jars.
    2. Layer 2 tbsp strawberry pie filling on top as the next layer.
    3. Pipe the whipped cream over the strawberry layer. Repeat all three layers one more time.
    4. Finish with the remaining pretzels and fresh strawberries as a garnish.
