- 1 cup sugar 200g
- 1/2 cup milk 120ml
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil 60ml
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips 90g
