Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • to taste grated Parmesan or mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven:

    Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Butter Mixture:

    In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cut Dough Pieces:

    Slice the thawed bread dough into small pieces roughly 1 inch in size.
  • Coat Dough in Butter:

    Immerse each dough piece in the butter mixture, coating thoroughly.
  • Arrange in Pan:

    Arrange the coated dough pieces in a greased bundt pan or oven-safe dish, piling them up.
  • Add Leftover Butter:

    Drizzle any leftover butter mixture on top and add cheese if you like.
  • Bake Until Golden:

    Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Cool and Invert:

    Let cool briefly, then invert onto a serving plate.
