- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)

Preheat oven and prepare sheet:
Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking sheet with foil, then spray lightly with oil; put aside.Mix dry rub ingredients:
