- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon crumbles about 8 slices
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions about 4 onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pork Chops
- 2.5 lbs boneless pork chops about 6 one-inch pork chops
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or canola oil

Mix Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, bacon crumbles, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese until combined.Sear Pork Chops:
Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season each side of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the oil is hot, cook pork chops for 1 minute per side.Top with Cheese:
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pork chops. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and transfer the skillet to the oven.Bake Pork Chops:
Bake for 10-14 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F (65°C) / 63°C).Garnish and Serve:
