- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 packets rapid rise yeast (or 1 1/2 tablespoons)
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour 437 g
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Line loaf pan:
Prepare a bread loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper; crumple the paper into a ball then flatten it out to fit more easily.Activate yeast:
In a large bowl, mix the hot water and yeast; allow to foam for 5 minutes.Mix dough:
Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture and stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.First rise:
Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap, then cover with a kitchen towel; let it rise for 1 hour.Transfer to pan:
Once the dough has doubled in volume, move it to the prepared loaf pan. Cover again with plastic wrap and the towel.Second rise:
