Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pork rind crumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Season the Pork Chops:

    Coat the pork chops with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix the Coating:

    Combine pork rind crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a ziploc bag; seal and shake well.
  • Coat Each Chop:

    Place each pork chop into the bag individually, seal, and shake until fully coated.
  • Arrange in Basket:

    Arrange the coated chops in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry the Chops:

    Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (205°C) for 14 minutes, turning over halfway through at the 6-minute mark.
