  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs Such as oregano and basil.
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Optional; can substitute with mozzarella or dairy-free cheese.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven:

    Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
  • Mix Dressing Sauce:

    In a medium bowl, combine Italian dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and dried herbs, whisking until smooth.
  • Season Chicken:

    Arrange chicken breasts in a greased baking dish, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Coat Chicken:

    Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken, making sure each breast is fully coated.
  • Bake Chicken:

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, cooking until the chicken's internal temperature hits 165°F (75°C).
  • Add Parmesan:

    During the final 5 minutes of baking, top the chicken with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Rest Before Serving:

    Take the dish out of the oven and allow it to sit for 1 minute before serving.
