Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups oats 135g

  • 2 Tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven:

Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Puree and whisk:

Puree one banana, then whisk it with the egg, yogurt, and coconut oil.
  • Add vanilla and baking powder:

Stir in the vanilla and baking powder.
  • Fold oats and banana:

Fold in the oats. Dice 1/2 banana into pieces and mix them in. Optionally, let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
