Chicken
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Tzatziki
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Assembly
- 4 large flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Marinate the Chicken:
In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.Make Tzatziki Sauce:
While the chicken marinates, prepare the tzatziki: grate the cucumber and wring out the moisture using a clean kitchen towel. In a separate bowl, combine the squeezed cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, 1 clove minced garlic, and lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and stir to incorporate.
