- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or other neutral oil)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
Season Pork Chops:
Dry the pork chops with paper towels and season both sides heavily with salt and pepper.Brown Pork Chops:
