- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds stew meat 907g
- 2 cups beef broth 480ml
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups mini carrots 240g
- 3 large potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 packet stew seasoning
Coat Meat in Seasoned Flour:
In a broad, low container, combine the flour, seasoned salt, and pepper with a whisk. Add the stew meat and toss to coat thoroughly.Sear Meat in Batches:
Warm 1 tablespoon of oil in a big skillet set to medium-high heat. Brown the meat in batches, turning until all sides are seared.Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker:
Place the seared meat into a slow cooker. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then add the bay leaves, mini carrots, diced potatoes, chopped onion, celery, garlic, and stew seasoning. Mix everything together.Cook on Low for 8-10 Hours:
