- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 1 whole large cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
Make dressing:
For the dressing, combine mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl, stirring until uniform.Combine salad:
