- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders (or 2 large breasts sliced)
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs or panko
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 425°F (220°C) and cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment.Prepare Coating Mix:
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Coat Chicken Pieces:
Coat each chicken piece in beaten eggs, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.Arrange on Sheet:
