- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated (50 g)

Finely chop 3 cloves garlic and finely grate ½ cup Parmesan cheese (50 g). After the dough has risen, coat your baking pan with a bit of olive oil and turn the dough into it.Press and Top Dough:
