- 2 tablespoons butter, melted 28g
- 1 cup all-purpose flour 125g
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk 240ml
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream 60g
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- 1 cup granulated sugar 200g
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted 56g
