Ingredients

  • 13-16 strawberries
  • Stick pretzels
  • Mini marshmallows
  • 11.5 oz bag Milk chocolate chips
  • 11.5 oz bag White chocolate chips

Method

  1. Prepare a cookie sheet by covering it with parchment paper.
  2. Break each pretzel stick into two halves. Slice each mini marshmallow on a diagonal to create a flat surface for attaching to the strawberry. Insert a pretzel half into the cut side of each marshmallow.
  3. In a double boiler, melt the entire bag of milk chocolate chips along with an additional 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. Alternatively, microwave in 20-second bursts, not exceeding 1 minute total to avoid ruining the chocolate.
  4. Coat only the flat edge of each marshmallow with the milk chocolate mixture, then press it onto each side of a strawberry to form the "legs." Place the strawberries on the parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set. Insert a skewer through the top of each strawberry, then dip the entire strawberry into the milk chocolate. Allow excess to drip off, and return to the parchment to cool.
  6. Chill for at least 30-60 minutes. Once firm, melt about 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips and dip only the tips of the pretzel legs into it to create the "feet."
  7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
