- 1/3 cup coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar) 67 g
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup milk 180 ml
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 120 g
Preheat oven and prep pan:
