Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages chipped beef diced
  • 2 blocks Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz each, room temperature
  • 3 green onion stalks diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese optional
  • Ritz crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Dice the green onions and chipped beef.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  3. Add the green onions and chipped beef; mix until creamy.
  4. Line a cereal bowl with plastic wrap and scoop the cheeseball mixture inside. Cover and refrigerate for 10–20 minutes.
  5. Shape into a ball and place on a serving tray with Ritz crackers.
  6. Enjoy!
