  • 1 pear cut into small cubes
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup salted pecans
Lime Honey Dressing
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Apple Pear Blue Cheese Salad
  1. Place all dressing components—olive oil, lime juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper—into a mason jar. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the mixture is well blended and emulsified.
Lime Honey Dressing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the mixed greens, diced apple, diced pear, dried cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, and salted pecans until evenly distributed.
  2. Present the salad with the dressing offered separately on the side.
